At Paris Hilton, we want you to be absolutely iconic in your new look; if you aren't obsessed with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start your request.

  Select Your Style Status

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Drop and Glow

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
